Farfalle Pasta with Blue Cheese Cream Sauce:
Serves 2-3
This is a super easy dish, and perfect for this season, but if you’re not a fan of blue cheese look away now!
Boil water for pasta.
In a saucepan melt the butter on low heat. Once it’s all melted add the cheese, stirring with a wooden spoon until the cheese is all melted. Add cream, stir, and let cook for about 3 minutes. Season with some white pepper (white pepper has a more smokey taste), black pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg. Taste the sauce, if you feel the cheese is too strong add more cream.
Turn the heat off the sauce, and add some chopped up parsley to it and mix.
Once pasta is cooked, add it to the sauce and mix it all together. Serve immediately with some grated parmesan cheese, and more parsley for a garnish.
Enjoy!
